We help build additional capabilities into the traditional model based design approach in order to enable quicker speed to market, better quality, and lower cost products.

ATTRACTION AVAILABILITY WITH DIAGNOSTICS & ANALYTICS

We help you deploy model based sensing capabilities (aka Virtual Sensors) that will create virtual parameters for on-line diagnostics and improvement of fault tolerance. We also assist with the development of methods to provide on-board and remote condition monitoring of complex attraction systems.

The first step in this process is identifying the causes of reduced attraction availability and then observing the recoverable & un-recoverable performance and component life. Once these details are known, we can develop health indicators as well as control/mechanical system adjustments based on these indicators. This will also allow for a more proactive approach to attraction maintenance.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We are constantly working on the development of new physics informed machine learning diagnostics, condition monitoring techniques, and control algorithms to better improve attraction maintenance and design.
